  1. Museum Tickets: Please note that all museum ticket purchases are non-refundable. Regardless of whether a visitor is able to attend the museum or not after purchasing a ticket, refunds will not be granted.   2. Eatables and Drinks: We regret to inform you that no refunds will be provided for any food or beverage items purchased at the museum pantry. Visitors are advised to carefully consider their purchases and verify their choices before making any transactions.

  3. Gift Articles: Please be aware that we do not have a return policy for tickets or any gift articles purchased at the museum. Once purchased, these items cannot be returned or exchanged. We encourage visitors to select their items thoughtfully and ask any necessary questions before finalizing their purchases.

  4. Memorabilia and Souvenirs: We regret to inform you that no refunds will be issued for any memorabilia or souvenirs purchased at the museum. Once these items have been purchased, they cannot be returned or refunded. We encourage visitors to thoroughly examine and consider their choices before making any purchases.

  5. Item Replacements: Please note that we do not offer replacements for any items purchased at the museum. Once an item has been purchased, it cannot be exchanged or replaced for any reason.
